Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

New kitchen in the year 2025😊 The log cabin is well hidden off the road between the trees right next to the Poulstrup Lake area. Right outside the door there are marked hiking trails, and close to MTB tracks as well as riding trails. Possibility of grass paddocks for horses within 1 km. Ørnhøj Golf Club is only 8 km away and 20 km to Rold Skov Golf Club.

The cottage at Lønstrup was built in 1986. It is a well-maintained and cozy cottage, tastefully decorated and located on a large, southwest sloping natural plot. The plot is surrounded by large trees that provide good shelter from the west wind and create many play opportunities for children. The cottage is located in the middle of the magnificent nature by the North Sea. A small path leads from the house over the dunes to the North Sea, a walk of about 10 minutes, where you will find some of Denmark's most beautiful beaches.

The house is 47 m2 with 2 rooms, one with a double bed and one with a 3/2 bed as well as a very nice annex of about 25 m2 with a room with 3/2 bed and a large building with washing machine and dryer as well as a fridge/freezer. There is Wi-Fi, a heat pump and a wood-burning stove. Was built in 2008 and features modern amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, dishwasher, fiber internet etc. We do not rent to youth groups. Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.
