This handcrafted space combines maritime influence and modern interior design. With a lot of love we made sure to use the space most efficiently to create the best experience for you.

I alt 100 lyse og luftige m2 med synlige bjælker, loft til kip og masser af stemning - og plads til 6 personer + børneseng til mindre barn. This 1st floor apartment is located in a quiet street that belongs to the city center's "walking zone", close to shopping, restaurants, cafes, also harbor and beach (100-600 m). - You enter the door of the apartment and immediately feel at home. The large two-part living room with the spacious dining area in front and the inviting sofa corner with TV in the background invites coziness and relaxation. The bedroom tempts with its magnificent double bed. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped.

I hjertet af Aabenraa ligger denne skønne lejlighed i et hus med adgang til en flot have. Gågaden med shoppingmuligheder og cafer samt Føtex ligger 3 minutters gang fra boligen. Der er køkken/alrum med en fin spiseplads, hvor du kan lave te/kaffe, køleskab og mikroovn kan benyttes. Alt service i skabene kan bruges og skal vaskes op i hånden. Soveværelset har udsigt til baghaven, hvor der er fred og idyl. Badeværelset er netop nyrenoveret og der forefindes håndklæder og 1 badehåndklæder.

Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Küche, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer sind ein großer lichter Bereich. Vom Wohnzimmer führt eine Doppelglastür auf eine große Holzterrasse. Hier gibt es im Sommer die Möglichkeit zu grillen oder die Abende vor einer Feuerschale zu verbringen.
