Peace, sea, nature, history, soul and charm right by Flensborg Fjord/Förde. Our house sleeps 6 guests. Beautiful kitchen and bathroom, large living room with TV and internet and 180-degree sea views. 3 large bedrooms and all with the most beautiful views of Flensborg Fjord. Gendarmstien/Gendarmenwanderweg and fantastic nature as a neighbor, close to Flensborg and Sønderborg and walking distance to the restaurants Pearl, Sivgaarden and Providence. Doors are decorated with landscape motifs by the artist Wilhelm Dreesen.

Good opportunities for fishing. In January/February 2026, the living room will be slightly changed. The living room will be divided into two rooms. A living room and a bedroom. Das „Nordic Nest“ befindet sich in einem kleinen Stadthäuschen von 1800, mitten im historischen Zentrum von Aabenraa. Cafés, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind unmittelbar um die Ecke, zum Strand sind es 4 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 20 Minuten zu Fuß. The house is from the 50s, and it was continuously renovated. There is an outdoor terrace, a balcony with the view of the whole city, a large garden, 2 bedrooms and a large living room. The living room is on the 1st floor of a bay window that is 3 meters up to the lift and a huge window section. The whole family can enjoy the city view sitting at the table. Shopping, forest, beach are close by, and it's about 2 km to the horse school and the city center.
