The sea is your destination. A beautiful, brand new, fully equipped house located in western Asturias in the seaside village of Figueras. Completely renovated in May 2023 with an elegant and modern style. We want to be a second home for those seeking to disconnect in an idyllic setting that unites the sea and mountains. Centrally located house with a garden.

Nice house with garden 400 meters from the center, a three-minute walk from the restaurant and shopping area. Very quiet and peaceful area, easy to park. 10 minutes by car to the beaches, including Las Catedrales. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the other two single beds. On the ground floor is the living room, a toilet and the kitchen, with access to the garden that surrounds the house, it is private and is totally enclosed.

Traditional and cozy stone house with good views of the natural surroundings and a balcony with the morning sun, in a remote valley of western Asturias next to a clean river. One hour from the coast and beaches and two from Oviedo. There are a variety of hiking and cycling trails in the surrounding area. This area has a special microclimate. It is located in a mountainous area but only 200 meters above sea level, well protected from the north and with good exposure to the south.

Pontenova is very close, a town with great historical heritage about iron, with mines and ovens that can be visited, it has hiking trails:● Ruta dos forno,● Seimeira,● Reigadas,● Minas,● Muiñeiro Namorado,● Ferrocarril, ●Férrea. We have the largest Zip-line in Galicia. Pontenova has a health center, pharmacy, supermarket...
