New and totally equipped apartment, in the full center. It's facing towards the "Ría de Pontevedra", very luminous thanks to its exterior windows with a view to the ria and the nautical club. The flat has been decorated with a modern and elegant style. The flat is perfect for a couple, group of couples or a family with children. It has a spacious bedroom with views, a large lounge-dining room with a sofa bed for two persons, a full equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower.

El Balcón De Lorenzo is a unique and special place. It is located in a very quiet fishing village, with nearby beaches and a promenade that connects us with Combarro and Pontevedra. It is ideal for enjoying with families and friends as it has very large common areas, including an incredible balcony with views over the Ria de Pontevedra and large and cozy rooms. Any point of interest in the Rias Baixas is less than 30-40 minutes away by car.

Located on the beachfront and in a privileged location, as it is just 100 meters from Rodeira Beach and about 250 meters from the downtown area. You can enjoy ocean views from any corner of the apartment. You can walk to leisure activities and enjoy the typical restaurants of the Morrazo region. Each season of the year brings us different festivals, celebrations, cultural activities, and of course beautiful landscapes of the Ría.

Spacious and very bright apartment of 70 m². As you can see in the photos, it consists of 1 hall, 2 full bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), a fully equipped kitchen (includes dishwasher), a dining room and 2 bedrooms (bed of 150 cm and a nest bed with mattresses of 90 cm). Also, our accommodation has all the necessary items: washing machine, iron, coffee maker, toaster... because we want you to feel at home!
