Beautiful, stylish and quiet apartment, 2-min walk from the countryside in Paris and the "village St Blaise" (where you can taste the pizzas of Peppe Cutraro; named best pizza maker in the world in 2019). The neighborhood is very nice and the nearest metro is 300 m away (Porte de Bagnolet – M3). The apartment is located on the 1st floor and overlooks the courtyard. Warning: There is no elevator. Enjoy our elegant Parisian apartment. We are also happy to share our 15 years of Parisian experiences as well as our tips and habits regarding activities around our neighborhood and in Paris ! The apartment is fully furnished and offers a kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with a large quality double bed (160×200) and a bathroom. The apartment is located on the 4th and last floor (without elevator: not recommended for XXL luggage)!

Quiet little nest Studio (entire home)

on the sixth floor, elevator, overlooking a very quiet courtyard. Refurbished. Very "safe" (especially if you are a woman). I live in the building. Ideal for exploring the city of Paris, but also our very Parisian and very friendly neighborhood. Lots of small shops and transport. Very nice 506 sq. ft. loft situated along a cobbled passage with a small terrace and away from noisy Parisian streets. Neighborhood offers a large variety of restaurants (including French cuisine). We have a parking spot which is accessible with a swipe card (price: 30 euros/day). Metro line: 9 and buses two minutes away (76.56.46,61)

Independent studio 2 steps from Place Gambetta

Nice studio and its paved courtyard in the heart of a "village" in Paris, absolute calm, the trendiest neighborhoods of the moment are a quarter of an hour from the studio.
