On a quiet street 50 m from the city center, many shops are within walking distance. The T4 stop is a 10-min walk, Paris is 40 min by RER. Access to A1 (Disneyland) and A3 (Paris) is a 5-minute drive away.

The neighborhood is known for its trendy restaurants, bars, square, and atypical atmosphere.
