The Amélie Flat—10th Arrondissement Love Nest

Completely re-modelled and renovated by a local interior designer, it embodies the ultimate romantic Parisian flat. Your own separate entrance leads into the lounge and open fully functional kitchen, followed by the bathroom and bedroom. The service door remains closed throughout your entire stay; it’s purpose is to facilitate cleaning the apartment. This is your own apartment in the 10th arrondissement in Paris for your private use, just take the keys and you’re ready! The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, cooktop, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Coffee/Tea station is also available while milk and water are in the fridge. Fresh towels are provided as well as basic toiletries, but there is plenty of space for your personal items in the bathroom. Clean linen is supplied for the bed plus there is storage for your clothing in the drawers or wardrobe. Your hosts will arrange a time to meet you for check-in and to show your around the apartment. They live in a separate apartment in the building but are always nearby should you have any questions. Walk to Canal Saint Martin, Le Marais and Père Lachaise. Tucked away from the main tourist routes, there's also plenty to discover locally, including street markets, wine bars, and parks. People watch at Place de la République, about 5 minutes away. ★ We are: - 2 minutes from Canal St Martin and a Paris Vélib bicycle rental stand. - 5 mins from République (West), Belleville (East) and trendy nightlife spot Rue Oberkampf (South). - 10 mins from the historical centre of Paris - Le Marais (Gay Paris) - and Gare de L'Est (Amelie, Hugo). - 15-20 mins (by foot) from Gare du Nord and Eurostar/Thalys International rail connections. For public transport, the nearest stations are: ◦Metro Goncourt (Line 11) - this takes you direct to la Seine and the middle of Paris (Ile de la Cité, Notre Dame). ◦Belleville (Line 2) - goes direct to Pigalle (Moulin Rouge), Arc de Triomphe (Champs Elysées), Sacre Coeur (Montmartre). ◦Gare de L'Est (Lines 4 & 7) - here you will find trains heading towards Opéra, Galéries Lafayette, Palais Royal Musée du Louvre. ◦République (Lines 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11) - the Metro lines here will take you to Père Lachaise, Bastille and Paris southbank, Madeleine, Place de la Concorde and Trocadero or École Militaire (Champ de Mars-Tour Eiffel). Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Charming studio flat under the roofs of Paris 10th

Central, very close to Gare du Nord and 1 station to the Stade de France, discover my cocoon under the roofs : 6th floor with elevator, very bright, quiet, overlooking the courtyard. Ideal for a romantic getaway or a professional trip! 22 m2 on the ground, in a typically Parisian style. Visitors tell me it's more beautiful and bigger in reality than in my photos :) Very well laid out: Fully equipped kitchen Convertible sofa-bed 140 x 200 cm (2 people). Shower room with window.

Bel Luminous apartment in the Marais

Ideally located in the upper Marais, rue de Turenne, close to rue de Bretagne. Very lively neighborhood full of restaurants, shops and galleries! The apartment is new, modern and has a lot of charm. It was decorated by my mom who is a decorator:) It is bright with rooftop views and quiet because it overlooks the courtyard. 2 rooms: one bedroom and a living kitchen with sofa bed (sheets not provided for the sofa) For summer no air conditioning, there is a fan. Very quiet apartment on flowery courtyard with all the necessary comforts for a dream stay in Paris Living area with lots of bars and restaurants near the apartment. The metro ( line 8/9) is less than 5 minutes walk as well as buses . Supermarket across the street as well as a convenience store open late in the evening. You are in the middle of Paris the Galeries Lafayette, the Opera, the Louvre,the Eiffel Tower,as well as the Champs Elysées are direct from the metro

Quiet Studio

This lovely studio on the 2nd floor (access by stairs) overlooking a small courtyard is very quiet thanks to its insulated glazing. The mezzanine bed is comfortable, have easy access and optimizes space in the studio. Fully equipped kitchen: glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine for efficient breakfasts and affordable meals ;-) Bathroom refurbished in 2017. Towels & sheets provided, also unlimited Netflix, Wifi & Tea.

COSY STUDIO ONLY FOR 1 PERSON CLOSE TO THE MARAIS

Brand new fully equipped studio for 1 person in a building from 1870, on the top floor with elevator. Located next to the Place de la République, metro line 3,5,8,9,11 and various bus lines like the 65 which will take you to Gare du Nord and Gare de Lyon. A Franprix food store is across the street from the building. And the marsh district is 10 minutes on foot, the Canal St Martin is 5 minutes on foot.
