It’s situated, not far from the city center, by foot (22 min.) or by public transport (14 min.) to Bellevue, yet set in natural green surroundings with open views. The studio with about 30 sqm is available to you incl. a kitchenette, bathroom & patio. It can host up to 2 adults. High-quality, comfortably and practically furnished, quietly located 2-room attic apartment (3rd floor, no elevator) in the popular Seefeld district. Lake, opera house and Stadelhofen train station, from which Zurich airport can be reached in 20 minutes, are within 2 minutes walking distance. The old town, Bahnhofstrasse and the Kunsthaus Zürich are within 10 minutes walking distance. Restful sleep in extra large bed 200cm x 200cm. Dyson fan and air purifier for allergy sufferers are available.

Stunning view over the city, calm & stylish

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof. Until then some workemissions are possible.

Dachgeschosswohnung in sicherem Wohnquartier in Zürich Seebach. mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr bist du in rund 20 Minuten am Flughafen oder in der Innenstadt. Zum Hallenstadion kannst du zu Fuss zum Konzert und dein Auto gratis stehen lassen. Die Wohnung hat keinen Balkon, aber einen Garten mit Grillplatz. Achtung: Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock ohne Lift (48 Treppenstufen). Im Moment ist neben dem Haus seine Baustelle, es kann ab 7.00 Uhr zu etwas Baulärm kommen. spare Geld und koche selbst
