Wonderful cottage in old village center Moordrecht

Want to stay centrally in an apartment in the old village center of Moordrecht? Cycling through the lowest polders in the Netherlands or by ferry to an empty hinterland? Within 20 minutes cycling a cup of coffee at the Grote Markt of Gouda? In 20 minutes by train from Gouda to Rotterdam, The Hague or Utrecht and in 45 minutes to Amsterdam: Moordrecht=central! This small but nice house is both suitable as a holiday accommodation and also to stay for a slightly longer period (max 3 months).

Rural guesthouse, close to Rotterdam

Behind our farmhouse is a separate guest house on our property. The cottage is quiet and rural, but centrally located in terms of surroundings. It is complete, for max 2 people, with privacy and free view at the back of the cottage on a meadow, where in the summer regularly some cows of the neighbors walk and in the winter sometimes some sheep. Our farm is no longer in operation; we only have chickens (which walk freely around the yard) and there are a few rabbits and carrier pigeons.

Peaceful House Close to Rotterdam

The house is located in Capelle aan den IJssel, located in a quiet residential area and everything is within easy reach. 5 minutes away from the A20 in combination with free private parking and public parking. If you go by train it is 14 minutes to Rotterdam Central Station and 3 minutes to Rotterdam Alexandrium. From our house it is 4 minutes’ walk to the station and there is a shopping center next to the station. There are total 4 bedrooms with 1.4m-1.8m wide size beds available.

Fully detached, luxuriously executed and extremely comfortable home with large garden, set on a unique location in recreation area "De Rottemeren". Completely outside and yet at only 20 minutes from Rotterdam city center! Perfectly located to visit cities like Amsterdam, The Hague, Delft and Gouda. The entire apartment on the upper floor has all the comforts. It has its own kitchen. This kitchen has pans, dishes and glasses, fridge, kettle, combi-microwave and induction cooktop. Bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 separate bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 smaller single beds 75 cm wide) and a cozy living room. Free WiFi. Studio at alpacafarm (AlpaCasa)

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek & Bloem who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
