House located in a small village of Balagne 20 min drive from Calvi and 40 min from Ile-Rousse. On the ground floor you will find an open plan living/dining room/kitchen as well as a laundry room and toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and bunk beds, the other with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a shower room and toilet. The house is located on a plot of 2000 m2 but it is not yet fenced or furnished, but there is a terrace.
