Chalet la Balma is located at the foot of Monte Rosa. It was built in 1964 in Isella, a small town of Macugnaga, a Walser village. It consists of a masonry load-bearing structure and a wooden crash dating back to 1773 from Val Quarazza which is located just 20 minutes from the house. This is an exclusive, independent cabin with private garden, barbecue area, playground, independent CO2 compensation heating and channelled pellet fireplace in each room.

If you love trekking there is a beautiful route that will take you to Lake Cignana (departure in front of the house) lasting about 2 hours. In the Chalet there is a bedroom with 1 double and 1 bunk bed and a beautiful attic with a double bed. There is the possibility to park your car for free.
