Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

The larch mini house is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin bed linen, a mini kitchen, a flushing toilet and a refurbished vintage bathtub on legs. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a sofa, armchair and hammock. You can grill in the outdoor kitchen on an electric grill. Kapradí is one of three mini-houses in our forest oasis. We're on the outskirts of town, and we're right next to the woods. Breakfast is taken care of, there will be goodies from local growers and farms in the fridge. We are happy to give tips on walks and food.

Old Town Living Studio

This unique, cozy family studio is tucked away in the very heart of historic downtown Český Krumlov. It is located on the ground floor of an authentic 16th-century house. The interior has been completely renovated with a focus on detail, comfort, and functionality. The centerpiece of the studio is a spacious and exceptionally comfortable bed with a high-quality mattress, ensuring perfect rest after a day spent exploring the city. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy home cooking while traveling.

Panorama House Lipno is a luxurious place where time stops and you will not miss anything, for spending your rest with a panoramic view of the Lipno Dam. We pride ourselves on loyalty and discretion, here it's just you, the fireplace and the hot tub! An outdoor hot tub is available for non-stop operation. Always clean sheets, towels and bath towels. Panorama House Lipno is located in the area of Karlovy Dvory, 3km from the village of Horní Planá for shopping opportunities. Swimming in the Lipno Reservoir at a distance of 750m.

TinyHouse Wild West

Experience the freedom of the Wild West! Tiny House Wild West stands right above a pond in the middle of pastures, where cows roam freely and the peace is disturbed only by the crackling of fire. Relax in a hot tub with a massage system, swim in a pond or try to catch your own fish. Tanned wood, the smell of nature and complete privacy - here you are only you, nature and freedom. And if one pond wasn't enough for you, 100 meters to the southwest you'll find another pond in the middle of the wilderness.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Lipno cottage with wine cellar and moss interior

Lipenská Chajda offers magical accommodation in the historic village of Radslav. The accommodation is located in the historic village of Radslav near Černá in Pošumaví, a few minutes walk from Lipna beach. Chajda is suitable for 1-2 families or for 6 friends, who will be throughout the stay under the supervision of the elf Radoslav, who stands right at the front door. The hotel in the immediate vicinity also offers our guests a sauna, massages, all-day meals and bicycle rental.

The spacious apartment is located on the ground floor of the house, so it has direct access to the garden. The dominant feature of Kovárna is its original brick vaults and hearth, which give the rooms a unique look. Two separate bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room make Kovárna the perfect apartment for a large family or a group of friends. Six guests can sleep comfortably here.
