Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

Die gemütliche Wohnatmosphäre auf insgesamt 126 m² und das zusätzliche Highlight - die gartenseitige Dachterrasse - lassen den fehlenden Lift schnell wieder vergessen. Wohnappartment inkl. Küche, Badezimmer/WC, Vorzimmer, eigenem Eingang, abgeschlossener Privatparkplatz. Das Appartment ist in rustikalem Bauernstil gehalten welches sich in einem stilvollen ehemaligen Vierkanthof befindet. Unser Haus liegt am Rande des Ostszentrums in ruhiger Lage. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca. 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Auf Grund der großzügigen Ausstattung und Anordnung sehr gut für Geschäftsreisende und Monteure geeignet.
