Auch Slowenien (Bled) oder Italien (Tarvis) sind einen Ausflug wert.

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

A spacious terrace is presented, featuring a comfortable lounge area with dark wicker furniture and colorful cushions. A large umbrella provides shade, and a small table holds two drinks. Fresh greenery is visible in the backdrop, enhancing the serene outdoor setting.

Es befindet sich im 1.Stock unseres Hauses und ist über das Stiegenhaus getrennt begehbar. Es liegt in bester Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom See, Universität und Stadion entfernt. Die Innenstadt ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Bus erreichbar. Supermärkte, Drogerie, Apotheke, Bäckereien und Restaurants befinden sich in direkter Umgebung.

Kleines Appartement für 2 Personen. Breite Türen, Dusche und WC barrierefrei, gut geeignet auch für ältere oder gesundheitlich beeinträchtigte Menschen. Auto kann direkt vor der Eingangstüre geparkt werden. Gegebenenfalls auch für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Appartement befindet sich direkt am Bahnhof Rosenbach. Zugang zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln direkt vor der Haustüre. Trotzdem sehr ruhige und abgeschiedene Lage. 12km nach Velden Wörthersee, 12km bis zum Faakersee.

Das Einzelbett kann zu einem bequemen Doppelbett (160 cm) erweitert werden. Es gibt auch eine kleine Kochgelegenheit und einen Kühlschrank. Eine Spüle ist nicht vorhanden und der Abwasch kann im Badezimmer erledigt werden.

Ferienwohnung Techelweg - Nähe Hafnersee

Meine Ferienwohnung ist einfach, aber gemütlich und bietet genug Platz für 5 Personen. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen und es ist alles drin, was den Urlaub angenehm macht. Den wunderschönen Hafnersee kann man über einen Waldweg in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen! Zum Keutschacher See und Wörthersee sind es wenige Minuten mit dem Auto.
