Terrace has a sea view and a pool view. Additional parts of the villa are the pool, indoor and outdoor garage, gym and elevator. Our guests have a private lounge with umbrella's and sunbeds on the beach.

Located 50 m from the sea in a quiet area but close to the little towns of Rogoznica and Primošten to go for a dinner at the evening. You can buy all you need in shops or on local market in Rogoznica.
