After 5 years of careful planning and construction, Nine Olives Hvar, my purpose-built holiday house was completed in June 2024. It offers exceptional design and views, with magnificent sunsets. Many guests have now enjoyed it. All have praised both the house and location. Nine Olives Hvar is a short stroll to a beautiful beach and swimming area, and to the lovely town of Stari Grad. Apartman Stina is a brend new studio apartment, situated on island Hvar in peaceful small town Sveta Nedelja, 39 km from Hvar. Beach is just in front of the apartment. It offers a big garden, barbecue facilities and a terrace with astonishing sea view. The apartment is located on the ground floor under terrace and garden and has 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a microwave, a fridge, a washing machine and a stovetop.

The pool is equipped with a water heating system and a powerful counter-current swimming system (makes you swim all day without touching the wall). If you rent both apartments (East and West) - you have a complete house with a pool just for your group (up to 12 people). From the terrace around the pool you will enjoy a beautiful sea view.

Comfy and a bright space with a large terrace with a beautiful view to the city port. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city center. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
