Está a sólo 20 metros de la playa y a diez minutos a pie del parque natural de la Breña. Está situado en el Bajo de un pequeño grupo de apartamentos de dos y tres plantas. Consta de salón, cocina, dos habitaciones y una terraza con vistas al Atlántico. Siendo este un lugar donde los continentes se enfrentan, al otro lado del mar pueden verse claramente Marruecos y las luces de Tánger.

There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

Tiene capacidad para dos adultos y la posibilidad de alquilarla con otra vivienda (para dos personas) situada en el mismo patio. El acceso a la vivienda es a través de un patio de uso común con el otro apartamento y con nosotros que vivimos en el mismo patio.
