🏖 Our newly build villa ☆☆☆☆ with a heated pool is a perfect summer stay for anyone visiting the Zadar region. It is only 11km from Zadar city center and it offers comfort in a peaceful setting. The villa has two spacious double bed en-suite bedrooms, one small room, a cozy lounge, a modern kitchen, and a relaxing pool area with outside BBQ. Dog friendly. Communication with guests will be via Airbnb or mobile phone and I am only 10min drive away from the villa for any emergencies.

A shaded outdoor seating area is surrounded by lush greenery and colorful flower pots, providing direct views of the sea. Sunlight filters through the trees, casting dynamic patterns on the stone pathway leading towards the water.
