Welcome to the historic Bergen house, dating back to around 1780, located in the charming Sandviken area just a stone's throw from the bustling city center among local residents. You'll have the entire house to yourself, complete with a cozy outdoor terrace. The property is secluded from street noise, tucked away in a small alley. Its convenient location offers easy access to supermarkets, a bus stop, hiking trails, and city bike parking. Additionally, you can find paid street parking nearby.

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

You can definitely get around by public transport, however, a rental car will normally be preferable. Rolig og fint sted cirka 4 km forbi Strandvik sentrum. Der det finns butikk-resturang/pub og flott park. Sandvolleyballbaner er der også. Huset ligg idyllisk til tett ved sjøen. Kano kan lånast og fiskemuligheitene er gode. Båten på bildene kan og brukes. Vi har og noen sykler som kan lånes. Ypperlig for alle som ynskjer ferie i rolige omgivelser. All utvask tar verten seg av
