The property provides reverse cycle air-conditioning, a fire place with wood supplied in the winter months, a well appointed kitchen and cosy indoor and outdoor spaces where you can take in the views and listen to the bird song. It includes private on-site parking and a fully fenced large secure dog enclosure.

The studio, 300m from town and the beach, is attached to the main house but is completely private with your own entrance and courtyard. The Studio has 1 queen bedroom, 1 ensuite bathroom, 1 kitchenette and 1 lounge room/consulting space. There is reverse cycle air conditioning, WIFI and TV. The private courtyard, with its own outdoor setting is perfect to store bikes and surfboards. There is shady off street parking and the front door key is accessed from a lock box at the studio entrance.

Literally across the road from pristine Yallingup Beach this unique A-frame cottage with open plan living & huge loft bedroom has a charm and energy that endears itself to everyone. Great for couples, families with young children or just friends. I am sorry, we don't accept Leavers. Please note that all the beds are in the same bedroom! We are open to guests bringing their dog & charge $50 per stay. We reserve the right to refuse pets depending on breed & age. 3 or 4 night min in peak.

Welcome to The Studio with its amazing ocean views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel/restaurant, general store and Lagoon café. The Studio offers luxury fittings, king-sized bed, comfortable window seats, air conditioning, wifi and its own balcony. There are 22 steps, with hand rails, down to The Studio. It has Development Approval (DA20/0643) from the City of Busselton. Sorry but The Studio is not suitable for pets, children or Leavers.

Mulberry Cottage is 1 of 2 cottages we have on our small cattle farm. We have been running Olive Cottage here for 2 years, this is the baby sister! Mulberry cottage is in a beautiful rural setting, overlooking our paddocks and dam. It is light and airy and newly built. We are conveniently situated between Busselton, Margaret River and Dunsborough. The nearest supermarket is just 7 minutes drive away at Vasse.
