New apartment on three levels with splendid views of a beautiful Mexican-Andalusian garden. Two large beds, two full bathrooms, equipped kitchen, dining room and a comfortable living room. Very quiet, with four leafy trees in the garden muting sounds from the outside world. The Santa María caters to young people's tastes, has a big range of cuisines and features 'colonial style' architecture given that it is in the town's Historic Center; it is just a 10 minute walk to the San Cosme Metro, with Zócalo just four stops down the line.

Welcome to our lovely rooftop apartment! We are a Mexican family renting our rooftop apartment in Coyoacán. The apartment consists of an outdoor living area and a cozy fully-equipped apartment. It is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood near UNAM and downtown Coyoacán. The apartment is independent to our house, so you will access through private stairs that go directly to the rooftop. Our guests enjoy the rooftop for reading, exercising, or simply relaxing in this small city oasis.

Relax and get to the main places in the south of the city, ideal for one person, or a couple. Only 15 minutes from San Jerónimo, the outskirts, Super Via, shopping malls, and more. It has fast internet, a washing machine available, a quiet street, and easy parking. Everything is new, from the dishes to the apartment. Super safe street, tranquility and comfort at a good price. Important: it is on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator. NO PETS ACCEPTED. Intercom and security cameras.
