The boutique villa Sensi close to Lepeda beach, (20 meters walk), outside Lixouri (2 km away) is opening in July 2023. It is absolutely new and modern, comfortable, luxurious, not missing anything, promising journeys in the world of sensations. (as sensi means sensations in Italian). Sensi is a gorgeous villa of 180 sqm in two levels communicated with indoors and outdoors stairs. It is set in an olive grove (hence its logo) in a estate of 23.000 sqm with direct access to the beach!

A stone terrace features a marble table set for breakfast, with various fruits, a teapot, and dishes arranged attractively. Green plants and wooden chairs complement the natural materials of the space, creating a cozy outdoor dining setting.
