The Guesthouse is in a quiet green area of Woombye, near Nambour & close to Maroochydore. There is plenty of room to park park your cars, boats & trailers. There is a swimming pool 100 metre walk to the main house. Coolum is approximately 15 minutes drive, Noosa & Eumundi Markets are 30 minutes. Montville is just 15 minutes up the hill with a choice of 3 scenic drives. Maroochydore Plaza 15 minutes. Brisbane is 1 1/2 hours drive (to Southside Rocklea), the Woombye train station is 5 minutes away. The Big Pineapple & HQ Zoo, and a great range of eateries like Rick's Garage are nearby.

You'll need a car: We're 7 min to the shops, 13 minutes to the river, 15 minutes to the surf, 25 min to the hinterland waterfalls but only 0 minutes to tranquility. Host on premises.

On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.
