Guests may have complete privacy, with access directed as needed. Otherwise, I and my husband are usually home and guests may be greeted and made welcome if they wish.

Disclaimer: there will be some noise coming from upstairs through the wooden ceiling: in the morning between 6:30-8:30am and afternoon evening 3-9:30pm.
