This beautiful little cottage is located on the property of 'Hidden Valley Estate' in South Grafton. It is self-contained with a separate entrance, bi-passing the main house. Inspired by French-Country decor, this little cabin certainly creates an atmosphere of relaxation among the gum trees. It is an open plan bedroom/bathroom with toilet, shower and basin. Air-con with a comfy queen bed, storage chest and open shelves for your belongings. There is also a microwave, tea and coffee facilities.

We are approximately 40 minutes from the nearest beach and national parks. The space has a queen bed, ensuite, dining/lounge area and kitchenette. Generous breakfast provisions. Katandra offers a self - contained guest suite with separate entrance at the front of our home. It comprises a large bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. There is a large comfortable living area. The separate breakfast room has a small sink, fridge, microwave, electric double hotplate for your basic cooking needs as well as a kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. There is a covered porch that overlooks the garden, perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun.

The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. Daphne’s Cottage is a new and private space located in South Grafton. The space offers 1 bedroom with a small balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, a spacious bathroom, and a living area with your own kitchenette. The cottage is attached to the main house but has its own entrance and completely separate so your privacy is respected at all times. The cottage overlooks the lovely pool. The space is quiet and well appointed making your stay extremely comfortable

Sapphire Beach is the sort after destination for locals and tourists because it offers peace and tranquillity whilst still being close to everything. In the afternoons you can have drink with the sunset and see wildlife such as kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas and a large variety of birds.

It's a sunny morning , there's not a breath of wind , or ripple on the tidal lake 35 steps from my bedroom ( your bedroom ? ). the ocean is just across the National Park and here in the palms , the privacy and peace is magical . you're protected from hot summer winds and sunset evenings dining out , sharing the ambience, go..on and on .....
