Luxury studio in a tropical garden,30 metres to beach front, designer bathroom with bath and rain shower, washing machine. A fully equipped kitchen, 1 queen size bed, fan, underfloor heating, outdoor deck with sea views and under cover private gazebo with lounge seating and electric barbecue /grill ,and all weather blinds. Your well behaved dog is welcome with its own bed and leashed between house and dog friendly beach at end of the garden..we are surrounded with wildlife that is protected .

Katandra offers a self - contained guest suite with separate entrance at the front of our home. It comprises a large bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. There is a large comfortable living area. The separate breakfast room has a small sink, fridge, microwave, electric double hotplate for your basic cooking needs as well as a kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. There is a covered porch that overlooks the garden, perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun.
