Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

A round dining table is set for a meal, featuring green plates and wooden cutlery. Two chairs with light wood frames and upholstered seats surround the table. Soft natural light filters through sheer curtains, creating a gentle ambiance. A simple vase with branches adds a touch of nature.

Cozy apartment is a modern, clean, and incredibly cozy place to stay with a view of beautiful mountains and even a bit of the lake. In front of the house, there is free parking, outdoor chill space, and a garden. The house is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake and 30 minutes walk from the city centre. We also provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

Shopping facilities are available in the town of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the town of Hirschegg.
