Du bist hier mitten im Grünen und trotzdem schnell im Stadtleben. Von der Haustür sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zu allem, was du brauchst: z. B. Lidl, REWE, dm-Drogerie, Bäckereien. Kaffee, frische Semmeln und der tägliche Einkauf sind damit bequem zu Fuß erledigt.

From this quiet, centrally located accommodation, you are only about 10 minutes' walk from the city center, or even from the train station, for example. The apartment with about 120 m² of living space is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. There is a bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m x 2 m and in another room a box spring bed with 1.4 m x 2 m. In addition to the spacious bathroom, there is a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (see photos). Free street parking is available.
