The "Hühnerhaus"

The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. The apartment consists of a large living/sleeping room (equipped kitchen, dining area, double bed and sofa) with a large balcony. A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. There is plenty of space around the house to play and romp. Next door is the stable building. The apartment was completely renovated in 2017! Ravensburg (5 km) with 50,000 inhabitants invites you to go shopping and visit various sights. Very popular with children is the attraction park Ravensburger Spieleland (11 km). Breakfast can be booked for an extra charge.

Welcome beautiful humans! We, Ailine and Pascal (~30 years; married), are looking forward to your visit! Stay as our guest and flatmate for a while; the apartment is spacious enough for all of us. Your private room is about 24m² (plus gallery) and thanks to the two large windows it is nicely bright - just like the rest of the apartment. We jointly share all the other areas (bathroom, toilet, kitchen, dining and living area). As we live here ourselves, we have everything you need to live well.

It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

Wake up in the morning overlooking the Achtal and enjoy the view of Wolfegg Castle all the way to the Allgäu Alps. You can set up the chair and table in or in front of the trailer and take a break from everyday life on the edge of the donkey pasture. If you would like an organic quality breakfast (€15/person), you can order it from us on site or buy something for your stay in our organic shop. It's worth staying more than one night...

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Lovely little cottage in the immediate vicinity of the forest. It invites you to hike and excursions in the area. Then relax by the fire of a modern combi stove that can be heated with firewood or pellets. Enjoy pleasant hours and relax. Lake Constance is about 40 minutes away. A good starting point to explore Upper Swabia, Allgäu and Lake Constance. The vacation home is equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay.

Guest accommodation on farm

In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!
