A fantastic vacation home as part of a lovingly preserved property from the 18th century, in the middle of beautiful Dreiburgenland. Enjoy peace and relaxation in a secluded location on the edge of the forest, surrounded by green areas, forests and a lake. Hiking trails, cross-country skiing or biking and walking trails are right outside the front door. The wonderful Bavarian Forest with its national park, or the three-river city of Passau, the Ilztal and the Wild West Town of Pullman City are very close.

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Quaint but comfortable wooden hut right on the edge of the forest. Small separate bathroom with toilet and sink. (Cold water) Bathtub is located outside on the terrace, which must be heated with a wood-burning stove (not in case of frost). Forest sauna about 50 m away. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.
