Lovingly furnished 48 m² basement apartment in a fantastically quiet location. Only 1.3 km from the most beautiful old town in Germany (Fokus), which can be reached in 13 minutes on foot. Especially in summer, you can spend relaxing barbecue evenings in our garden. Just a short walk away is the Mutschach recreational area with its hiking trails, bike tours and also Lake Aral, a wonderful swimming lake for all ages, is highly recommended.

The "Landsknechte" vacation home is a completely renovated apartment in 2017, consisting of 1 living/bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed for 2 people and a couch. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV/cable connection and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine and toaster. It has a cozy dining area for 2 people. The spacious bathroom has a floor-level shower with underfloor heating.

Beautiful, newly renovated apartment in the countryside at the foot of the Hesselberg. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a large living room with access to the terrace (south side), a bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 1.90 m) and wardrobe, a bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m & 1.40 x 2.00 m) and wardrobe, as well as a bathroom with barrier-free shower. In front of the house is a small garden.

Here you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun. Our little farm in the garden brings a lot of life to the property. Dogs are very welcome as we are dog owners ourselves.
