Perfect for two or three families for a stay or vacation. The garden along the river is huge and full of surprises, including a water toy for children. There are many places to hide and soak up nature. At the mill, the terrace and bridges go out into the river. There is a large gazebo for a picnic by the river. Email communication. Our cottage is a habitat consisting of a house with 3 spacious rooms, a large kitchen with a tiled stove, a bathroom, a porch and a veranda. The cottage is surrounded by a large, fenced plot. On the plot there is, among others, a hammock, deckchairs, a gazebo with a barbecue. The offer includes a Jacuzzi tub ♨️ 💧 (for an additional fee). A bottle of wine awaits each of our guests. The large area of the property allows you to play volleyball or badminton. In our charming village there is also a beautiful sandy beach on the Liwiec River.

Perfect for walking, running, and cycling. 20 minutes by car to the Liwiec reservoir with a small beach, Liw Castle, and Węgrów with the Twardowski Mirror and hiking trails. Tilio is the majestic one who welcomed us in her shadow and initiated the dream of this place. Our little spruce house, although comfortable, does not want to keep you inside. It is nestled just above the peaceful Liwiec in the corner of a vast half-hectare plot. Here you will find peace, inner silence, and slowness. All shades of green, poetic sunsets from behind the trees on the other shore, the soothing current of Liwiec and forest concerts of blackbirds, great snipes, herons and field warblers.

There is fishing available on nearby ponds. The area is rich in bird and insect life. This is a wild secluded oasis for those tired of the city noise.

Bedroom: double bed, wardrobe, desk, lamp. Kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, microwave, electric kettle, coffee marker, basic kitchen utensils, cutlery. I provide bed linen, towels, soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher cubes, washing powder. The area is very quiet, no street noise.
