It features a fully equipped chefs kitchen open onto a spacious living area complete with fireplace and large outdoor terrace. The modern bathroom has both a spa bathtub with jacuzzi and separate shower with rain-head. We are also owners of the FLYZermatt paragliding business. It is very close to any ski station (400m from Matterhorn Paradise and 750m from Sunnegga) and center (500m). Everything is reachable in max 10 minutes walking, otherwise the bus stop is 150m far.

Il se situe à 150 mètres du funiculaire de Sunnegga (accès au domaine pour le ski et les randonnées) et à 800 mètres du centre-ville, des commerces et de la gare de Zermatt (8 minutes à pied).

Im Sommer 2020 haben wir unser Studio renoviert. Es befindet sich an bester Lage ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Zermatt und der Gornergratbahn. Der Balkon bietet eine wunderschöne Sicht über das Dorf. Die Küche ist vollwertig ausgestattet und die Wohnung verfügt über eine Badewanne, ein 1.80m Bett, eine Sitzecke und einen kleinen Esstisch. Fernseher mit Apple TV-Box (kein Kabelfernsehen!) & WLAN sind vorhanden. Im Haus sind ein Lift sowie ein Skiraum vorhanden.

Das Studio im Erdgeschoss wurde 2016 neu möbliert. Es liegt ruhig auf der Ostseite des Hauses. Für 1-2 Personen. Mit Kochnische, Dusche/WC, Ostbalkon. Das Haus La Colline liegt am Riedweg. Der Lift zur Sunneggabahn sowie das Ende der Talabfahrt sind 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Bahnhofstrasse liegt in 10 Minuten Gehdistanz, Bahnhof und Kirche in 15 Minuten Gehdistanz.

The the property is a late-checkout, late-check-in type apartment. Check out is at 2pm and check in is after 6.30 pm (we'll be happy to provide earlier check-in if the schedule allows it).

La chambre 303 est située sur la Bahnhofstrasse (rue centrale de Zermatt) au 3e étage de la Haus Darioli. Elle est accessible en ascenseur. Le nom de la chambre 303 rappelle l'hôtel familial qui a été fondé et tenu à l'époque par les grands-parents d'Anne-Catherine, Gaston et Annie Darioli-Graven.
