An architecturally sleek, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, forest, and mountains—modern, stylish, and consciously minimalist. Here, you will stay in the middle of nature, with maximum privacy and a mountain panorama. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with sweeping views over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm that I run according to permaculture principles. There are deer in the meadows, as well as chickens, bees, cats, and a fish pond.

®HOAM House

The ®Hoam House is a chalet of a special kind. With its loft-style design, it's a great place to unwind and relax. Our highlight: a heated pool that is used as a hot tub in winter – with panoramic views of the Alps and close to Graz. Whether it’s a getaway for relaxation or a city break, you’ll find everything your heart desires here. The living space offers 2+2 beds (including Comfortable sofa). Right next door is the gym, which is shared with Schmoltis Chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to seeing you soon!

Peace and luxury in the mountain chalet on the Bürgeralm with sauna – perfect for up to 4 guests. Enjoy fantastic panoramic views, direct access to the slopes in winter and wonderful hiking trails in summer. The chalet offers a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, fireplace, terrace, free Wi-Fi and parking. Self check-in! Our highlight: your own sauna! Wolf Apartment

The apartment is located in newly reconstructed house in traditional style next to river Salza and 30min. from Hochkar ski resort. It is a separate unit with own entrance, dedicated terrace and necessary equipment. The house has a large garden barbecue, fireplace, and kids playground. It is located on a medow with three other cottages 3min. drive from Wildalpen. You can fully enjoy the wild Alps with few people and peaceful and friendly athmospere in our traditional, bright and clean house…

Nature Park Resort Lausernest

A brand new wooden house with a location right on the edge of the forest. The house has a total of 10 beds, a modern kitchen, a living room and a terrace around the house with amazing views. The 2 of 3 bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds, in the 3rd bedroom there is a bunk bed. 6 beds are located on the upper floor. In the garden you can barbecue wonderfully. Please note that the house has neighbors in the immediate vicinity and no parties or noise are allowed after 10 pm!

Cook on a crackling wood-burning stove and refresh yourself in the warm shower or in the fresh fountain. Explore the numerous hiking trails or via ferratas in the region.

Breiteneben Chalet – History, Nature, Lake & Ski

Hinterbreiteneben is set in a dreamlike location – nestled in a 10-hectare organic wildflower meadow with rare plants and views of mountains, valleys and forests. Once a farmhouse and sometimes an aristocratic retreat, it now combines historic charm with modern comfort – from fiber internet to a panoramic sauna. Complemented by a chapel and inviting spots to linger. In summer Lake Lunz beckons, in winter ski resorts await, while cycling paths invite you from spring to autumn.

Ideal getaway cabin Feel yourself and nature. In the vicinity are the 3 Lunzer lakes, the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park and beautiful mountain and hiking routes! Cycling enthusiasts will particularly like the Ybbs Valley cycle path. With canyoning, rafting and Flying Fox, adventure seekers are not left wanting. In the surrounding restaurants, inns and taverns you will be spoiled with culinary delights. Access to the cabin is possible by car via a gravel road.
