Nice cottage full of charm refurbished in the heart of the Alsatian vineyards with unobstructed views of the black forest. Located in Gueberschwihr where you will have a bakery, pharmacy , medical complex and 3 good restaurants. Only 15 minutes from Colmar and in the middle of the Wine Route. You can discover 30 minutes from the Monkey Mountain, the Eagles flightry, the pretty Cigoland amusement park and the magnificent Haut-Koenigsbourg castle that overlooks the Alsace plain etc.

The 45 m2 cottage, with independent entrance, is located in the lower part of the cottage that I have the pleasure of living in myself. It is equipped with a 140 x 190 bed, a wardrobe, a living area with sofa bed and TV, a bathroom with bathtub/shower and a kitchen with equipped dining area. The large sunny and covered terrace opens directly onto a forest path.
