The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

Cozy and modern furnished first floor apartment with 55 m² in a representative Art Nouveau house from 1909. The self-contained apartment has a separate bedroom for 2 people with a solid wood bed 160 × 200 cm made of oiled oak, one of the best mattresses that Stiftung Warentest has ever tested! To get in the mood for our area, there is a regional beer in the fridge for each adult. No cooking oil available. Garden furniture is available in the courtyard.

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.
