Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Located in beautiful Weyarn in the middle of the Mangfall Valley. There are bakeries, a pizzeria, supermarket, climbing hall and great hiking opportunities on site. The Way of St. James even leads past the house. The Mangfall is only a 15-minute walk away, a refreshing river that invites you to swim. The Alps are easily accessible by car. The popular bathing lakes Tegernsee, Schliersee and Spitzingsee are also close by. Munich and Rosenheim can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

Our guest room is situated in a quiet location with a beautiful mountain view, directly in a varied recreational area. The beautiful spa town of Bad Aibling can be reached in 5 minutes by car, Munich and Salzburg in about 1 hour. Whether wellness in the thermal baths of Bad Aibling or Bad Endorf, whether hiking, cycling, skiing, excursions in the nearby surroundings or walks right outside our front door in beautiful nature, Karina and Andreas welcome you warmly!

Cozy apartment in the Mangfall Valley

My apartment is in the beautiful Mangfall Valley in the heart of Feldkirchen-Westerham (Feldkirchen district). It is the ideal base for trips to Munich and the southern Munich area or as a stopover on the way to the south or north. Westerham train station (4 min by car or 20-25 min. walk) and the Aying S-Bahn station (12 min. by car) offer train connections to both Munich and Rosenheim. This way you can explore both cities without a car.

Modern & lovingly furnished garden house with two terraces and a brick barbecue, which can be used for barbecuing or as a fireplace. There is a 55-inch TV in the guest house, with Internet access and a free Netflix account. The swimming pond is available to both you and the residents of the adjacent agricultural estate. This spacious attic apartment offers you plenty of space with 95 m2. The apartment is very stylish and impresses with the large living and dining area. From the living area, you already have a beautiful mountain view through the large sliding doors and direct access to the roof terrace. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom with natural light.

In the annex of our house, with a private entrance, the 16 sqm room is located in the rural-modern style. The bathroom (toilet, sink, shower) is separated by a sliding door. From the mini fridge to the wardrobe, this room has everything you would expect from a 3-star hotel. TV and cable TV are provided. Order and cleanliness are our top priority.

Cozy, small apartment at the foot of the Taubenberg. Ideal for active vacationers or guests of the Munich area. Quiet and idyllic location. Hikes on the Taubenberg and the Mangfall directly from the front door.
