The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining-bedroom (with fireplace) and a bathroom with shower, and upstairs there is a sleeping gallery.

With its private wine terrace and peaceful setting among the vines, it’s the perfect place to savor the estate’s own wines. :) From the lookout, you have stunning panoramic views of Lake Balaton. Mornings begin with birdsong, and you might even spot deer and rabbits wandering nearby. A big terrace, vineyard, and cozy fireplace complete the experience. Cottage by the Lake

Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy two terraces and a large garden. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious bright livingroom with two comfy sofa beds. There is lots of things to do like wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

Our house offers a quiet retreat in the middle of orchards, vines, and fields, where you don't have to give up on modern and clean comfort. The landscape shows a different face in every season, the house can be booked all year round. If you just want silence, you don't have to move out, the sun goes around the building, it's impossible to enjoy the beauty of the neighborhood and the view. We can only accommodate 2 people in our house, we cannot accommodate children (0-16 years)

Füge Apartment

We would like to share our lovely apartment in the heart of Balatonalmádi. The accommodation is a duplex with two sides, two separate apartments, the entire house can be rented upon request, so we can provide shared accommodation for larger companies. Each guest has a wonderful view of our favorite lake. Both downtown and the beach are within walking distance. Parking is available in front of the house. Vendég házunk az erdő közepén helyezkedik el, békés környezetbe. Belső elrendezése tágas stilusos , jól felszerelt . Az udvaron hatalmas terasz ,Grillezési lehetőség , elektromosan szabályozható Dézsa , illetve Finn Szauna gondoskodik a kellemes kikapcsolódásról. Az udvaron szép környezetben egy kerti Tó található , mely fűrdőzésre is alkalmas . Központ 3km autóval könnyen meg közelíthető élelmiszer bolt , étterem . Közelben a híres Csisztapusztai termálfürdő is megtalálható.

Barátságos, kedves otthon hatalmas fa terasszal, balatoni kilátással. A gyönyörű mestermunkával rakott téglafal a ház régi tégláiból készült. Fürdőszoba, konyha teljesen új. Egyszerű de nagyszerű, van minden, ami nyaraláshoz, kikapcsolódáshoz kellhet. Kertben függőágy, Balatonpart negyed óra kényelmes sétára. Csendes utca, rengeteg nagy fa. Az emeleti hálószoba hangulatos nyitott gerendázatú, csodás kilátással a Balaton keleti medencéjére és a szántóföldekre.

The house has 37 m2: bedroom room, living room with sofa-bed, bathroom with shower, well equipped kitchen. There is also a hot tub on the terrace, available all year round. Recommended for a maximum of 4 people. There is the possibility of baby cot, highchair, pram. On request we can also provide toys for different ages (baby toys, rattles, skill-builders, board games, baby books, books for young people, etc.)

Nestled deep in the forest, our lodge offers total privacy and peace. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a wellness area with hot tub, sauna, and cold shower.
