Här bor ni lungt och fridfullt tio minuter från Umeå. Eget hus 40 kvadrat med ett fullständigt utrustat kök med diskmaskin. Huset består vidare av ett trevligt vardagsrum med TV och supersnabbt Wifi, 1 sovrum med två bäddar, även tillgång till extrabädd finns i form av en skön sov madrass att lägga på golvet. Finns naturligtvis toalett med dusch som även inrymmer en kombinerad tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Sköna fullstora sängar 80x200cm samt en extrasäng resårmadrass 80x200cm, med bäddmadrass.

Luonnon rauhassa oleva rintamamiestalo, mutta silti lähellä kaikkia Tuurin kauppakeskuksen palveluita. Kauppakeskukseen on matkaa noin 3 km. Sähkösaunan lisäksi pihapiirissä vanha perinteinen puulämmitteinen "navettasauna". Talossa on ilmalämpöpumppu lämmitystä ja viilennystä varten. Grillikodassa on kaasugrilli ja muurinpohjapannu majoittujien käytettävissä. Liinavaatteet (lakanat ja pyyhkeet) sisältyvät hintaan. Tilava käsinveistetty hirsimökki kirkasvetisen järven rannalla. Hiekkapohjainen hyvä uimaranta, joka on loivasti syvenevä ja turvallinen lapsille. Käytössä oma laituri. Mökissä on sähkölämmitys ja varaava takka. Polttopuut kuuluvat vuokraan. Ulko-WC on kompostoiva. Käytössä soutuvene ja kalastusvälineitä. Lähimetsissä voi poimia marjoja ja sieniä. Hienoja luontomatkailukohteita, kuten kansallispuistoja on lyhyen ajomatkan päässä. Etäisyys Helsingistä, Turusta tai Tampereelta noin 100 km.

Myös Riuttaskorven virkistysmetsään pääsee täältä helposti, aarnio- eli säästömetsää (Luoteentie varrella) unohtamattakaan. Mökki on rakennettu aikoinaan vuonna 1963, ja laajennettu sekä modernisoitu vuonna 2012. Laajat retkeilymahdollisuudet lähiympäristössä ja isäntä voi esim. opastaa pääsyä kelkkailureitille suoraan! 1800-luvun idyllisen hirsimökin yläkerta on remontoitu mukavaksi majoituspaikaksi erilaisiin tarpeisiin Unajassa. Hirsimökistä löytyvät pieni keittiö, makuuhuone, tupa ja wc. Mökkiin sisälle tulee lämmin vesi, mutta ihastuttava pihasuihku lämpimällä vedellä löytyy mökin läheisyydestä ulkoa. Mökin yhteydessä upea hirsisauna, entinen savusauna, joka lämpeää puilla. The place is 10 km from the local center and 40 km from the city center of Vaasa, the capital of the Pohjanmaa/Österbotten county. The region is about 50:50 bilingual finnish-swedish speaking, but the archipelago is nearly 100 % Swedish speaking. Many people speak both languages. English is a common foreign language.
