A new holiday house on the lake in Hämeenlinna

Our ZEROBNB lake house is new, 2016. It is about 100 m2, one bedroom, one big space including the kitchen, dining room, living room with a beautiful fire place. The sauna you can heat with wood or electricity. Two showers and a dressing room. Two inside toilets and one "huussi" (=cold toilet ). The house is fully equipped. In the other house you have two more guest rooms (both have one double bed and one loft bed). We have also an old traditional Finnish savu sauna. E-car recharge by request.

Här bor ni lungt och fridfullt tio minuter från Umeå. Eget hus 40 kvadrat med ett fullständigt utrustat kök med diskmaskin. Huset består vidare av ett trevligt vardagsrum med TV och supersnabbt Wifi, 1 sovrum med två bäddar, även tillgång till extrabädd finns i form av en skön sov madrass att lägga på golvet. Finns naturligtvis toalett med dusch som även inrymmer en kombinerad tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Sköna fullstora sängar 80x200cm samt en extrasäng resårmadrass 80x200cm, med bäddmadrass.

A little, old farmers house in traditional Ostrobothnian style about 40 km from the city of Vaasa. Calmly situated and perfect for a relaxing holiday. One room with a double bed, a sofa and a single bed as extra if needed, a pentry, fridge, stove, oven and a micro oven, wc&shower and a sauna. Wi-fi available. The closest grocery store open every day to 21.00 is Sale in the church village of Korsnäs, 11 km south of Molpe. If arriving from north, S-Market in Malax is the closest grocery store.

This is a recently completed cottage on the shore of Hankajärvi with a large terrace with sliding glass doors. You can sit back with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy the view of the lake and the peacefulness of the location. As you’re enjoying some time to yourself, your children can be swimming, playing pool or darts, taking the rowboat out, or fishing. Gårdshus på 30 kvadratmeter precis vid vattnet i vackra Stöcksjö. Gästen har hela huset till sitt förfogande. Huset inrymmer integrerat kök, hall och vardagsrum med utsikt över sjön. I huset finns även 1 sovrum och 1 WC. Wifi finns. På gården finns en separat bastu med dusch och WC. I området finns flera badstränder, grillplatser och fina skogsstigar. Vintertid finns skidspår på sjön och en isvak för vinterbad . En idyll endast cirka 10 minuters bilfärd från Umeå.
