Nature, walks and country life start right outside the front door. Perfect for anyone looking for a real getaway. Upon request, there are fresh eggs from our own chickens daily.

Our vacation home has a living area of 70 sqm. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic spa town of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. There are commercial businesses in the neighborhood, but they cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at a height of 150 cm. Hiking trails lead directly from the house, and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also groomed. Visit us with your family or friends in our group vacation rental. We have 3 double rooms and 3 single rooms ready for you. Here 9 people + 2 children can stay in the large double room. The large cribs (approx. 1.80 x 0.90 m) can be equipped with existing grids. In addition, the apartment has a shared kitchen, two bathrooms each with a toilet (one on the upper floor, one on the top floor), a guest toilet on the upper floor and a balcony on the large double room of about 20 m².

We offer a beautiful newly built furnished apartment (80 m²) in the heart of the Middle Alb biosphere reserve. The apartment is located on the outskirts with adjacent meadows. A bike and hiking trail runs directly on the property with garden for shared use, playgrounds within walking distance. The town center with grocery store, café and post office is 1.5 km away. Valleys with their heathland, ruins and caves are popular destinations, as is the biosphere center in Münsingen.

Please read IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE KITCHENETTE (under: other relevant information!) Our guest room is on the second floor of our country house at the end of a dead end road. After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

In winter, cross-country trails are available in good snow conditions. Ski lifts are approximately 15 km away. The famous outlet city of Metzingen with over 500 premium and luxury brands can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

The train station is a 2-minute walk away: Stuttgart city center can be reached in 25 minutes, and in 20 minutes you are on the Cannstatter Wasen. Our apartment is cozy and well equipped, 43 square meters and is located in a modern house. It is ideally suited for 2 people. On request, a crib can be provided. Right in front of the house the car can be parked, from where you can reach the separate entrance directly via a beautiful staircase. The covered, south-facing terrace connects directly to the apartment and has access to the garden.
