Vor Ort gibt es einen kleinen Badesee mit griechischem Restaurant. Circa7km entfernt kann man ein Warmfreibad besuchen. Der Ammersee ist in 15, der Starnberger See und der Staffelsee in 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Der knapp 2000 Einwohner zählende Ort verfügt über einen großen Supermarkt, eine Apotheke, und zwei Banken.

A modern and new apartment in a 120 year old house

An "oasis" for your time-out and relaxation is the charming and elegant holiday apartment in the 120 year old Art Nouveau house. The perfect retreat for you, this offers the exclusive holiday apartment on the upper floor. Equipped with oak parquet, a couch set from the 50's, as well as a completely furnished modern kitchen. The modern shower bath in the industrial look with rain shower, as well as the comfortable bedroom with high-quality box spring beds round this off.

House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
