Gut Mischenried combines the peace and serenity from the country with proximity to town. There are between fields, meadows and forests. Via highway or S-Bahn they are in 30 minutes in Munich center. Almost all of the furniture has been laid out or restored in our carpentry shop itself. All apartments are wheelchair accessible and largely suitable for wheelchair users. In the surrounding area there are numerous employment opportunities that will make your stay in the 5 lakes country exciting.

The maisonette with 2 balconies (midday and evening sun) and separate entrance invites you to experience the Ammersee: In 12 Min. you can take an idyllic stroll across fields (mountainview) to the Stegen bathing area with jetty, restaurants and beer gardens with evening sun! The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

Studio

A studio that is a kind of annex to the residential building. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-meter-high room with a wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place in a gallery. With wings and garden space, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The SBahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good way to accommodate children. Adults only, so to speak.

The over a hundred year old holiday home "Sonnenwinkel" in Steinebach am Wörthsee (Bavaria) is at the end of a private road. The lake with good bathing facilities and the S-Bahn to Munich are reachable in a few minutes of walk, the nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kilometers away. The house includes living room, a bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with single bed (access to this via the main bedroom), as well as the kitchen and a modern bathroom.

Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang über den Garten. Parken ist an der kaum befahrenen Straße möglich. Durch die ländliche Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.
