Lovely apartment in the old Bremen house - cleaned to standard

My apartment in the Geteviertel is 125 square meters over 2 floors on the raised ground floor and basement of a typical old Bremen house. The guest bedroom (1.60 m bed) is located in the quiet basement facing the garden with a small terrace. There is also a shower room here. In the upper area are the living room with TV, kitchen and dining room with an upper terrace facing the garden with old trees. The guest toilet can be used. Bakery, fruit shop, Netto, The bus and train stations (8 minutes to the main train station) are 400 m away.

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

You are within walking distance of the main train station, the gateway to the city. Almost at the doorstep is the popular Lister Meile with its nice cafes, restaurants and shops. At the end of Lister Meile you will reach the largest urban forest in Europe, the Eilenriede. The apartment is quiet, bright, spacious and has two TVs. Wi-Fi can also be used on the balcony. The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.
