My apartment in the Geteviertel is 125 square meters over 2 floors on the raised ground floor and basement of a typical old Bremen house. The guest bedroom (1.60 m bed) is located in the quiet basement facing the garden with a small terrace. There is also a shower room here. In the upper area are the living room with TV, kitchen and dining room with an upper terrace facing the garden with old trees. The guest toilet can be used. Bakery, fruit shop, Netto, The bus and train stations (8 minutes to the main train station) are 400 m away.

You are within walking distance of the main train station, the gateway to the city. Almost at the doorstep is the popular Lister Meile with its nice cafes, restaurants and shops. At the end of Lister Meile you will reach the largest urban forest in Europe, the Eilenriede. The apartment is quiet, bright, spacious and has two TVs. Wi-Fi can also be used on the balcony. Outside the door are numerous free parking spaces. Within 10 minutes on foot you are at the Bremen Schlachte and downtown. The apartment is located in the basement of our old Bremen house from 1895. The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.
