Our apartment on the first floor has a size of 30 square meters and consists of a shared living room and bedroom with an integrated kitchenette, which is fully equipped: microwave, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker (with filter), kettle, toaster. Dish soap and dish towels are available. Spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer, ventilation and dehumidifier. In addition, clothes racks, ironing board and iron are available for your laundry.

Close to the city but still in the nature. The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The spacious kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and a fridge with separate freezer compartments.

Guests walk on original 17th century pine boards. There is one kitchen for guests. The hosts live on the second floor. The office is on the ground floor. There is also the opportunity for hiking. The bicycle path Regensburg is close by.
