It's a totally separate and private space, air conditioned, double glazed and with its own off-street parking and access. It is within walking distance to the town centre, The Mill Complex, The Bridge Hotel and the Botanic Gardens; and just a 7 min walk up the hill from the railway station. Enjoy fabulous views to the east from the lounge, bedroom and your private balcony across the town to Leanganook.

Union House c.1861

Union House is a unique part of Castlemaine's history. Built in the early 1860's in the central area of the town, it is a minutes walk from all the town's attractions- the galleries, restaurants, hotels, theatre, boutiques, supermarket, and easy walking distance to the gardens, regional parks, railway station, and the Woollen Mill complex. The Hermitage (Cottage)

Unwind in this spacious two bedroom retreat. "The Hermitage" is a unique stone cottage just five minutes (4.5 km) from Castlemaine's town centre. Lovingly renovated to blend historic charm with modern comfort. Originally built during the gold rush of the 1850s, the cottage sits on 26 peaceful acres where kangaroos and horses graze nearby.
