In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

The apartment was renovated in 2019. It has a separate bedroom and in the living room there is also a sofa bed. There are endless leisure activities here :-) We are happy to inform our guests on site. Right next door is a golf course. In winter, a cross-country ski trail and a winter hiking trail are prepared. Lakes, hiking trails (including the Way of St. James), great bike trails and various ski slopes are not too far away. Boredom doesn't come up!! Looking forward to seeing you soon!! 🌻

The chalet "Bergahorn" with its approx. 185 square meters of living space and large terrace (about 100 square meters) with mountain views is very generously designed. The apartment has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a children's room with a single bunk bed (1.70 × 0.80) and a living room with a sofa bed. There is an outdoor parking space and an underground parking space with electric charging station. Through the large terrace you have a great view over the Allgäu alpine meadows.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Our outdoor apartment with magnificent mountain views of the Allgäu Alps offers a relaxing atmosphere amidst green meadows. Highlight of the apartment is the spa area with sauna, freestanding bathtub and rainfall shower. From here, as from the bedroom, you can also reach the balcony directly. In the large kitchen-living room with dining area there is a pull-out sofa, and the hallway gives access to a separate toilet. The apartment is completely new, as is its equipment.

Arrive at the Moosmühle and feel good. Our Loft-Hauchenberg is a "loft-like new apartment. It makes you feel good immediately. Make yourself comfortable in the spacious living room and enjoy the view of the unspoiled nature. The apartment has a large flat-screen TV + free Wi-Fi + coffee machine. IMPORTANT! We are rebuilding the garden for you. That's why the outdoor area is currently only partially usable. Scheduled completion summer 2025.

Our carpenter Franz has refurbished the old beams of the original farmhouse and, in combination with modern oak wood, has crafted many custom-made pieces of furniture. The stylish, modern furnishings, with lots of real wood and pleasant earth tones, ensure a feel-good atmosphere.
