This 500-year-old house in the historic center of Hallstatt was renovated with a lot of love for detail. Here, the history of Hallstatt is noticeable everywhere. Lake Hallstatt is only 30 m away and from the premises and the garden you have a wonderful lake view. On the terrace you can enjoy the morning sun with coffee. The house has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a large living room, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet and an extra toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped.

There are meadows and mountains at the house and the historic center of Mauterndorf is just around the corner.

Ideal all year round as a starting point, for example, for hiking, mountain biking, climbing tours, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing or paragliding. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
