Welcome to my beautiful eco-cabin nestled in the alpine foothills above stunning Lake Bled. If you enjoy starry nights spent around an open fire, and waking to the sound of birdsong and the humming of the bees, then this weekend getaway is the place for you! Note: tourist tax is not included in the price and has to be paid separately (Municipality of Bled - tourist tax law) - 3.13 eur per person per night for an adult. - 1.57 eur per person per night for a child (7-18 years of age).

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Our house is located in Triglav National Park at the edge of a little village on the hillside of Pokljuka plateau, with beautiful views on the Bohinj valley. The house is comfortably equipped in rustic style and offers peaceful accommodation in pure nature. There are many possibilities for pleasant walks around the village. Nearby are many starting points for hikes in the beautiful mountains of Julian Alps. It is also close to turistic centers of Bohinj (10 km) and Bled (25 km).

Lovely cottage in wilderness of the National Park

The chalet on mountain pasture Uskovnica is equipped with all the luxury that you would want on your vacation. Please note that it is a mountain cottage and there is gravel road (2 km). On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen, a large dining table, a sofa and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with access to a large balcony. There is a Finnish sauna that you can use to relax. There is also a table with a bench outside, everything for relaxing after hiking.

Alpine hut in a mountain paradise

The alpine hut in the mountain paradise is located in the middle of the impressive Carinthian mountains and invites you to numerous hikes in the immediate vicinity. The alpine hut can be used as a self-catering hut, but you can also indulge in culinary delights in the neighboring Kohlmaierhuette*.at. In the wooden sauna you can relax and enjoy the absolute tranquility of the mountains. A subsequent jump into the pond is only for the hardy ;) Enjoy high above.

Wansnig Hütte

The Wansnig Hütte is a spacious rustic alpine cottage, which is nestled in the middle of meadows and forests above the coastal town of Gmünd. The tranquility all around and the proximity to nature make the cottage a place of relaxation. Info: There is only light current and no possibility to charge electronic devices. I bring the appropriate amount of water to the cabin in canisters, as we do not have running water available at the cabin due to the drought.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Edelweiss 300

This charming chalet is detached and single-story, suitable for 2 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. The sleeping area includes a comfortable double bed and plenty of closet space. The luxurious bathroom has a shower cabin, sink and floating toilet. On warm summer evenings, the terrace with seating is the perfect place to end the day. From the chalet, beautiful walks can be made.

Enjoy the serenity of nature in our unique tiny home, just 20’ from Bled. Fall asleep with the murmur of the passing river, sunbathe on our wooden terrace right on the riverbank and take a dip in the outdoor viking tub in all seasons. Equipped for indoor and outdoor cooking, our charming house is hospitable to small and big humans alike, including a modular sauna, private beach and an outdoor cinema!
