The accommodation is located at about 1,250 m above sea level and is characterized by the cozy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access path. The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) is only about 5 minutes away by car. To the valley and to the nearest supermarket it is about 12 minutes, there is a bakery near the lifts. Summerdream at the lake. As a couple or with kids!

Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

Shopping facilities are available in the town of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the town of Hirschegg.

Ideally suited for nature lovers and athletes. The forest and mountains can be explored directly from the property. The beautiful Packer reservoir is only 5 minutes away by car.
